Anuj Gupta is a first-generation entrepreneur and the driving force behind DLW Financial Services LLP. An MBA from ITM Kharghar, he brings close to a decade of hands-on experience in India’s financial services industry — building expertise across some of the country’s most respected institutions before founding DLW.
He has worked across the full spectrum of the industry — from equity broking at Edelweiss Broking, to mutual fund distribution at ICICI AMC, HDFC AMC and Tata Mutual Fund. This breadth of exposure has given him a rare perspective: the operational depth to understand how wealth is built, preserved, and grown for real Indian families.
But what sets Anuj apart is not the institutions he has worked at. It is the reason he left them. After witnessing the gap between what financial products promise and what clients actually need, he chose to build a practice centred entirely around the client’s journey — not the product’s margin.
